1. Service
Japan Daily Reader is a digital learning service for Japanese language learners. It provides original Japanese reading articles, reading tools, saved vocabulary, and light review features.
2. Accounts
You may read some content without an account. Synced saved words, paid plans, subscription management, and some account features require Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.
3. Subscriptions
The Plus plan is a paid subscription that renews monthly or annually until canceled. Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the Account page or Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, users may continue using Plus features until the end of the already-paid billing period.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law or where we determine otherwise.
5. Learning outcomes
We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, improvement in Japanese proficiency, or success in any exam, including JLPT.
6. Content use
Articles, vocabulary explanations, quizzes, images, and other learning materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, scraped, or used to build another dataset or service without permission. See the Content & Source Policy.
7. Service changes
We may change, pause, add, or remove features to improve the service, protect users, comply with law, or maintain security and reliability.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Japanese law, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in a user’s location apply. Contact: japantrip.service@gmail.com.

1. サービス内容
Japan Daily Readerは、日本語学習者向けのデジタル教材サービスです。オリジナルの日本語記事、読解補助ツール、単語保存、簡単な復習機能を提供します。
2. アカウント
一部のコンテンツはアカウントなしで利用できます。保存単語の同期、有料プラン、サブスクリプション管理、一部のアカウント機能にはGoogleログインが必要です。ユーザーは自身のGoogleアカウントを適切に管理する責任を負います。
3. サブスクリプション
Plusプランは有料サブスクリプションであり、月額または年額で自動更新されます。ユーザーはいつでもアカウントページまたはStripe Customer Portalから解約できます。解約後も、既に支払い済みの期間が終了するまではPlus機能を利用できます。
4. 返金
デジタルサービスの性質上、購入後の返金は原則として行いません。ただし、法令上必要な場合、または当方が必要と判断した場合を除きます。
5. 学習効果
本サービスは、学習効果、日本語能力の向上、JLPT等の試験合格を保証するものではありません。
6. コンテンツの利用
記事、単語説明、クイズ、画像その他の教材コンテンツについて、無断転載、再配布、販売、スクレイピング、他のデータセットやサービス構築への利用を禁止します。詳細は Content Policy / コンテンツポリシーをご確認ください。
7. サービス変更
当方は、サービス改善、ユーザー保護、法令対応、セキュリティおよび安定運用のため、機能の変更、追加、停止、削除を行う場合があります。
8. 準拠法・問い合わせ
